DocTours Newsletter July 2014
Hi Everyone,
This month we share another amazing experience of two medical students who volunteered in Nepal. There are a few places available on our small group journey to Bhutan 13-22 November and for something really different, a cruise on a small yacht through the Spice Islands. We have another blog from Tracey at Curious, Interested about the 6 qualities of a great boss. Please take a look at our new website and stay tuned as we roll out new programs and new destinations over the next few months.
Happy reading!

Something Awesome? Being a Medical Student in Nepal
Read about the experience of two medical students who recently volunteered in Nepal:
“Nepal is a remarkable country of kind people and spectacular valleys. The experience can be confronting but every moment is worthwhile, invaluable and a gift. In just 13 days I have gained a lifetime of recollections, a Nepali family and pen pals to keep in touch with. Although thrilled to have come back home, there is much that I miss. If I close my eyes, I’m back in the rear of the van, Saraswati and the women all chattering around me, the Nepali radio blaring through the open window, the breeze in my hair and my numb arm still stuck out the window.” Read more here.
